Our Story
Green Family Training Center was established in 2019 with the aim of creating a fitness environment that centers around the community. Our founders, Zach and Araceli Green, bring more than 40 years of combined experience in martial arts and fitness training.
Our amazing instructors are here to help you reach your fitness goals, whether that’s through martial arts, self-defense, group fitness, tumbling, or personal training. We’re dedicated to supporting and motivating fitness journeys across South Orange County, making sure every member feels encouraged.
Families train with us from across the area, including Aliso Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, and San Juan Capistrano, most within a 15 minute drive of our Marguerite Parkway studio. Every new student starts with a free trial class.
